About Us

Christian Best Camps of Kenya, is a Christ-centered organization located in Nairobi, Kenya. We serve in Kibra (also Kibera), one of the largest slums in Africa. In addition to serving in Kibra, CBCK also helps in neighboring slums and across Kenya’s border in countries such as Uganda, Rwanda and Congo.

CBCK provides an opportunity for urban youth to encounter Christ through it’s leadership and discipleship programs .Our directors and staff support Kenyan youth as they mature into adulthood and reach their full potential spiritually, academically, physically and professionally.

CBCK is a faith based organization, but our door is open to all those seeking love and compassion.

Since its inception in December 2010, CBCK through its programs and activities has influenced the lives of over 10,000 children as they grow into dependable young men and women in their communities.

Home of love, compassion, mentorship and discipleship.

The growth and development of children into adulthood is a journey of mind ,body and spirit . Raising a generation of dependable and skilled youth is a core objective of our organization. It is necessary to grow youth who can think critically, generate solutions to problems, and creatively sustain living in a continuously changing world.  Children are shaped into young adults and finally the young adults can grow to be impactful leaders of society.

CBCK’s youth face various challenges from childhood and it is particularly hard for those who live in dire circumstances. CBCK strives to implement sustainable programs that will provide hope to populations in Kibra community and other slums.

The Resource Center

CBCK  has built a community resource center to establish a physical location where youth, volunteers and CBCK staff can raise leaders who will positively impact the society with their skills and knowledge.
